About Forest

Forest Balderson was first licensed in Florida real estate in 1999, accumulating more than two decades of experience and education in real estate sales, appraisal, and community association management. In 2007, he graduated with high honors from Eckerd College, in St Petersburg, Florida with a BA in Creative Writing. He later earned a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.

Forest earned the rigorous gold standard Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors, in 2018. Forest has extensive knowledge of the new home sales market, and his projects include multi-media marketing assets for The Edge Sarasota, The Gallery Sarasota, Akoya Sarasota. We worked as the Sales Manager for Hidden Creek at Lakewood Ranch and conducts open houses for new home projects like Palma Sola Grande with Dospel Construction and Vistera of Venice with M/I Homes.

Forest's marketing employs a strategic mix of traditional and digital strategies, reaching the broadest audience. His strong social media presence and robust network of contacts attracts and informs potential buyers. He currently serves as vice chair of the fundraising committee for the RASM Realtors Charitable Foundation.

Forest has an understanding of the building process as well as new home sales training by Coaches Roland Nairnsey, author of New Home Sales + and Terri Harrington, Fine Properties Luxury Division Director. His has a client-centered approach reflects his commitment to excellent communication throughout the process.
