His help with presenting the house and professional photography, along with the open house showings secured a contract within the first two weeks of listing. On Monday my elderly aunt returned to her condo after a realtor had shown it, only to find that the realtor had locked the interior door to the garage. My aunt was locked out and frantic. Her realtor was out of the country and I was visiting from out of state, so I tried calling the listing agent’s office (Coldwell Banker). Forest answered the phone and after I explained the situation, he said he’d personally come to the condo and get the key from the lock box so we could get into the condo.
